- Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: A 50% refund of the amount is provided.
- Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: A 70% refund of the amount is provided.
- 4 days before the experience date: A 90% refund of the amount is provided.
Cancellation policy for Candle Light Dinner/Romantic Stay/ Dinner Date experience packages
- If cancellations are made after you receive the booking confirmations 100% of the booking value will be charged as a confirmations fee.
- Booking made for private options is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No Cancellation is possible for packages booked for the following blackout dates:
– 13th and 14th February
– 31st December and 1st January
– Karvachauth
