- The cancellation policy for decoration experience packages is as follows:
- Less than 24 hours before the experience time: No amount refund is provided.
- Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: A 50% refund of the amount is provided.
- Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: A 70% refund of the amount is provided.
- 4 days before the experience date: A 90% refund of the amount is provided.
No Cancellation is possible for packages booked for the following blackout dates:
– 13th and 14th February
– 31st December and 1st January
- In the case of unforeseen
weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be
affected and in such cases, we or our service providers will try their best
to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, 50% of the Amount will be refunded.
