- This are Normal Balloons filled with air and not helium
- props kept in front of the cabana is not included
- tool and ladder to be provided by the client
- except balloons all materials will be taken back the next day
- we need a electric connection or extension within 6-8 feet of decoration area
- Decorator will not wait more than 30 min
- Though we use Best Quality Tapes to stick Balloons but we suggest removing the balloons within 24 hours after the decoration otherwise there is a possibility of damages in walls and ceiling

Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- 6 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
- Less than 6 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
